Dock will have an upper party deck with patio furniture, exceptionally deep water 10-15 feet. We will have at least a 42" plasma or LCD TV on each of the floors. Plan are to have a tv mounted on the fireplace above the mantle in the great room. There will be at least a 37" flat screen in the Master bedrooms, one in the 1st floor master and one on the upper level master as well. There will also be a tv in one of the rec rooms in the basement. Directv and one of the gaming systems such as Xbox 360 or Playstation 3. Each of the bedrooms will have a queen or king size bed except for the the bedroom #3 upstairs. That bedroom will have two bunk beds, so there will be room to sleep 4 kids. This house will have big expansive views of the lake from all levels. Even the basement, with 9' ceilings, will have rows of windows with incredible views.
Great Dock with a huge 40' party deck on top. There will be patio furniture to lay out with the incredible views of the lake. There is a large 12' floater dock below with also plenty of stationary decking down below as well.
There is a full finished basement. It will have two bedrooms there and each of them will have their own full bathrooms. There will also be two recreation rooms in the basement and one will have a ping pong table, and the other will have a pool table. Cleaning fee for parties of 4 or more is $200
