Beautiful new home on a secluded lot to get away from it all but a short drive from everything convenient. Windows all around to bring in the sunshine. Spacious rooms all through the house. 36" TV on lower level plus 2 more TV's on the main level all connected to DirectTV. DVD and VCR's, PS II, pool table and ping pong table for indoor entertainment. Not only on the deck is there a gas grill for fun cook-outs but the dock has one too where there is plenty of outdoor furniture. Lighted dock will hold 2-3 boats and there is a paddle boat for fun.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
