Great vacation home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level.  Lower level is unfinished. Peaceful and serene neighborhood. just the thing for a relaxing getaway for the family or just a couple.  A great lot to play or relax on, beautifully landscaped at the water's edge. The home has plenty to offer too.  Spacious living room to play board games or watch TV, using the DirectTV or bring your own with a VCR or DVD to use.  The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with comfort in mind.  There is a gas grill for those fun cook-outs.  Use the wood fireplace for the times you are there and it is chilly.  Then there is the water.  The dock will hold two boats. There is a marina close by to fullfill all your boating needs.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for the same rate and time.
