Spacious remodeled well equipped-kitchen open to living room with TV/VCR/Cable. Dining area seats 8, 3 bar stools at island. Opens to deck with additional table and furniture. Large Master sleeping area with sliding glass doors to deck and great view. Ceramic tile bathroom. Rec room with fireplace, Foos-Ball, TV with DVD/VCR combo, PlayStation I, games and books. All 3 TV's are hooked up to cable. For those with a little one, there is a porta-crib and high chair. Outside there is charcoal grill for that smoky grill taste with your cook-outs and plenty of patio furniture so you can eat outdoors. The lot has a sandy, wade-in area and a fire pit to toast toes or marshmallows anytime of the year! Last but not least, for those lazy summer days, there are hammocks to rock the day away in.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
