1st Choice is a new 5 bedroom 3 bath home with all the appointments a discriminating vacationer requires for their comfort and enjoyment. It has a formal living room with a gas log fireplace, a very contemporary dining room with seating for 8, even a kitchen Martha Stewart would love. All furnishings are by Hartwell Design, a contemporary furniture distributor.
The lower level contains 2 bedrooms and a full bath plus a huge rec room for other guests to relax in. There is also a fireplace for that cozy evening to share a bottle of wine or just admire the beauty of Smith Mountain Lake.
There are 2 covered porches with adequate seating to observe the peacefulness of the lake. We have also supplied you with a gas grill for cookouts and there is plenty of room for the kids to roam in the yard, on the docks, or bike through the neighborhood. They can also swim at the community pool while the adults play a round of tennis at the community courts or relax in the hot tub at the pool.
For the boating crowd, there is a dock suitable for small boats, plus docking for a large cruiser upto 36 feet.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
