Great house with all the extras... this house is charming from the minute you opne the door. The living room is open and spacious with room for everyone to sit and wath TV or read a book. Kitchen and dining room are attached and open to the living room. There is a deck right off the kitchen so you can enjoy your dinner overlooking the lake too, or get the family together for a cookout with the gas grill.
Each bedroom has a Queen bed and its own bathroom. Master bedroom on main level has a TV. Upper level and Lower level master bedrooms have access to the deck.
Lower level rec room has a ping pong table so round up the troops for a competitive game or enjoy watching a movie downstairs if relaxing is more your style.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
