This home has everything you need for a great vacation. Close to Lake activies and shopping but private enough to get away from it all. The landscape is beautifully maintain so it is a joy to walk down to the covered dock which can hold two boats. Great swimming or fishing in this wide, deep cove or veg out on your favorite float! Great views from the deck and the dock. Big screened in porch to have those family cook-outs without worrying about bugs! A gas grill to cook those mouth-watering meals. And that is just the outside! Inside there is plenty of sleeping areas so everybody has their space. A bright and cheery sunroom to relax in, either watching TV or reading. Another TV is in the master bedroom and the big TV is downstairs in the living room. The living room also boasts of a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator, stereo and a foosball when you want to stay indoors. There also games and books so you will never be bored. All TV's are hooked up to cable and all have either DVD's or VCR's. This home is a great place for a large family or any large group that wants that great experience of a Smith Mountain Lake vacation!

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
