Spacious townhome that is close to everything. Every level has it's own deck area with individual pretty views. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom plus one on the other levels. There is eye-catching wet bar. There is a TV in each bedroom and one in the Living Room and one in the Family/Rec Room which also has a Foosball. There is cable for each TV plus two DVD/VCR combos. That's not all, there is also a PlayStation I for those times you want to stay in. There is also a gas grill for those wonderful summer cook-outs. And for those cooler times, there is a gas fireplace to make things nice and cozy. The dock will hold one boat. This is a great place for those family or couple get-aways.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
All monies paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent
the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then all monies
minus 25% will be refunded. Any change or transfer to other
units or dates on the same unit are subject to a $50 transfer
fee provided that the original reservation is re-rented for
the same rate and time.
